Rice Quiche

Cooking: ~30 mins
SW Info: green = free if using cheese as Healthy Extra (otherwise 12 syns for the lot)



  1. Preheat oven to 190°C / 375°F / Gas Mark 5
  2. Make up rice according to packet instructions. Place in a flan dish and press down well
  3. Beat eggs with the cottage cheese, herbs and spring onions. Season to taste.
  4. Pour egg mix over rice base and bake for 30 mins, until golden brown
  5. Sprinkle over cheese and decorate with tomatoes. Pop back in the oven for a few mins until golden brown
