Onion and Cheese Quiche

Serves: 4 (with salad)
SW Info: original/green = free (if using cheese as Healthy Extra)


To serve:


  1. Gently cook onions in Fry Light until soft
  2. Beat eggs, add quark
  3. Put grated cheese and onions in a large quiche dish, pour over egg mix
  4. Bake until set: 45mins - 1hr at about 190°C / 200°C
