Sausage Quiche

Ingredients
- 8 sausages
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 3 lean rashers bacon, grilled
- chopped peppers, mushrooms, onion
- 2oz cheese
- fromage frais
Method
- Flatten sausages into base of quiche dish, cook for 15mins at 190°C
- Lightly toss all veg in a little Fry Light
- Mix beaten egg and all other ingredients, season to taste
- Pour over saysages and bake for 40mins at 190°C
