Method

  1. Flatten sausages into base of quiche dish, cook for 15mins at 190°C
  2. Lightly toss all veg in a little Fry Light
  3. Mix beaten egg and all other ingredients, season to taste
  4. Pour over saysages and bake for 40mins at 190°C
