Veggie Sausages

Ingredients
- 1 packet Sosmix
- 250ml cold water
- 1 red onion
- 1 tbsp tomato purée
- mixed herbs
- crushed chillies [optional]
- salt and pepper
Method
- Make up sosmix with water and leave to soak for 10 mins
- Add other ingredients, mixing well
- Take spoonfuls and form into sausage shapes
- Roll in cornflour to prevent sticking
- Cook in Fry Light for approx 10 mins, browning all over
