  1. Blend flour and fat to fine breadcrumbs
  2. Mix salt and water. Add gradually to flour mixture
  3. Knead dough for 2-3 mins or until smooth
  4. Divide into 4-5 pieces, wrap in cling film and leave for 15-30 mins
  5. Roll out into large rounds
  6. Fry in a dry frying pan until puffy and golden, turning occasionally
