Sticky Toffee Pudding

To serve:


  1. Break up scan bran and pour on a little hot water to soften
  2. Once soft, drain of excess water and mash with a fork
  3. Add weetabix, sweetener, toffee drink and golden syrup and mix well
  4. Add beaten egg, a little at a time, until the mixture is soft but not runny
  5. Line a loaf tin with foil or parchment and spray with Fry Light
  6. Place the mixtue in the tin and bake in a pre-heated oven at 180°C for 40 mins - 1 hour
