Chicken Liver Paté

  1. Cook the onion in a little water for 5 minutes
  2. Add livers and continue to cook until tender
  3. Drain and add hard-boiled eggs when cold
  4. Mince or blend together depending on type of paté required
  5. Press into a dish and chill
